tl;dr: everything is working again, please continue using the instant payment bank transfer to pay for your tour bookings.

~~Unfortunately, we have just found out that although we can see your instant payments in online banking, they are only included in exports and HBCI transfers once they have been credited to our account. And because it's the weekend, that won't happen until Monday :-/~~

~~We may be able to fix the problem at short notice (Techniker ist informiert), but if not, just show us a transfer confirmation or similar at check-in if you can, and we will of course still take you with us.~~
