baldo b4dc9e37b2 More robust node filename generation. 
Do not place "undefined" in parts of filenames even
if node files are missing entries like the token.

baldo 2dc7ad0c23 Fix: More asynchronous glob operations and graceful-fs. 
Hope this fixes the "Error: EMFILE, too many open files" in
NodeInformationRetrievalJob.
