8ccb28a5fa bump version to 0.2.0 as a lot changed, especially the CLI and config
5569119fcc improve docs with better infos, format and consistency
07ef29225e remove the exclude arg and instead have the revs and notes args be opt.
4bee60b8dd include date header in mail as some mail servers require that
1911694baf only login to SMTP server, if username and password set
