+Some tours are free, others are only available for a fee. The price is set by the tour organizer. To avoid problems with unpaid tickets, no-shows, etc., CCCHH e.V. takes care of collecting the entrance fee from you via Pretix and then forwards it to the organizer. The costs we incur for bank transfers, bookkeeping and tax consultants will be added to the ticket price and an additional €1 will be charged; this will add up to a total of around €500. If we don't need that much money, we'll invest the surplus in a goodie for the next Hackertours.

 Some of the tours charge an entrance fee. To make it as easy as possible for everyone, you pay Hackertours when purchasing the ticket, and Hackertours makes sure all participants can start the tour without further delay (like having to wait in line at the ticket counter)
