### Tour Procedure
1. Get your [ticket from the ticket shop](https://hackertours.hamburg.ccc.de/hackertours/37c3/). If a tour is sold out, you can join the waiting list and will be notified as soon as a ticket becomes available or an additional tour to your desired destination is offered.
2. Upon confirmation, you will receive an email with an order code.
3. **Until December 21st, 5:59 PM:** Ideally, make your payment via bank transfer by Thursday before the congress. Otherwise, please bring the exact amount in cash to the Hackertours Desk. The desk is staffed at the following times:
* Day 1: 13:00 to 17:00
* Day 2: 10:00 to 18:00
* Day 3: 10:00 to 16:00
4. **30 minutes before the meeting time:** If you want to go directly to the tour location **and** have already paid, you must inform us by email at [ticket@hackertours.hamburg.ccc.de](mailto:ticket@hackertours.hamburg.ccc.de) no later than **30 minutes** before the **meeting time at the Hackertours Desk**.
5. **Meeting Time:** Be at the Hackertours Desk on time and bring the code from your confirmation mail. This is your last chance to pay for a ticket. Payment must be in cash and exact.
6. **15 minutes after the meeting time:** Tickets of individuals who did not show up and did not inform us via email that they would be at the tour location will be given to those waiting at the desk. Whether the ticket has been paid for or not, payments will be refunded.
7. **30 minutes after the meeting time:** We depart from the Hackertours Desk. An escort angel will accompany you to the tour location via public transportation. If you do **not** have a 49 Euro ticket, please let us know to collectively purchase affordable tickets. Also, plan for the return or onward journey afterward.
8. **Start of the Tour:** Enjoy the tour!
9. **End of the Tour:** Perhaps the escort angel accompanied you on the tour and will guide you back to the CCH, but generally, the return or onward journey is your responsibility.
### Are there last-minute available tickets?
Yes, if people do not show up at the start of the tour or have indicated that they will be at the tour location, we will allocate the No-Show tickets 15 minutes after the meeting time to those waiting at the Hackertours Desk.
### Where and when do we meet up?
**All tours start and end** at CCH. **Please arrive on time** at the Hackertours Desk at the announced time, so we have time to check your ticket and have a chance to re-assign leftover spots to people on the waiting list! **If you do not come on time, we will give your ticket to somebody else.**
