+Der Congress geht gleich los und wir freuen uns euch willkommen zu heißen! Wenn ihr euer Auge auf eine Tour geworfen habt, aber noch kein Ticket gebucht habt, haben wir hier ein paar Hinweise für euch.
+
+### Warteliste
+Wenn ihr euch auf die Warteliste für eine Tour gesetzt habt, bekommt ihr bis spätestens 24 Stunden von der Tour eine Email, das ein Platz frei geworden ist. Ihr habt dann einen Tag Zeit, den Platz zu buchen, ansonsten wird der der nächsten Person auf der Liste angeboten. Wir schließen die Wartelisten spätestens einen Tag vorher. Eventuell dann noch freie Plätze vergeben wir beim Checkin direkt vor Ort.

+### Restplätze im Shop
+Viele Touren sind leider schon komplett ausgebucht, aber es kommt immer wieder vor, das Leute kurzfristig verhindet sind. Wenn ihr also im Shop einen Platz für eine Tour seht, greift gerne zu!

+### Bezahlung per Echtzeitüberweisung
+Bitte nutzt für die Bezahlung eurer Tickets die Echtzeitüberweisung ("Instant Payment"), damit das Geld unserem Konto sofort gutgeschrieben wird. Wenn das für euch nicht möglich ist, bucht das Ticket und schaut bei uns am Hackertours-Desk vorbei, dann finden wir eine Lösung!

+### Restplätze beim Checkin
+Leider gibt es auch den Fall, das Leute zum Start der Tour nicht auftauchen. In diesen Fällen versuchen wir die freien Plätze direkt vor Ort zu vergeben. Wenn ihr euch also brennend für eine Tour interessiert, ist das vielleicht ein Chance, doch noch zum Zug zu kommen. Seid auf jeden Fall rechtzeitig zum Checkin am Hackertours-Desk und meldet euch, damit wir wissen, das ihr mit möchtet. Erfahrungsgemäß sind die Touren früh am Tag besonders gute Kandidaten...

+Congress is about to start, and we are very excited to welcome you! If you are still eyeing that Hackertour but have not booked yet, here a few helpful hints:
+
+### Waiting List
+If you have put yourself on the waiting list for a tour, you will receive an email no later than 24 hours before the tour to let you know that a place has become available. You then have one day to book the place, otherwise it will be offered to the next person on the list. We will close the waiting lists no later than one day in advance. Any remaining places will be allocated at check-in on site.

+### Remaining Tickets in the Shop
+Unfortunately, many tours are already fully booked, but it often happens that people are unable to attend at short notice. So if you see a place for a tour in the shop, feel free to grab it!
+
+### Please pay by Instant Payment Bank Transfer
+Please use Instant Payment bank transfer to pay for your tickets so that the money is credited to our account immediately. If this is not possible for you, book the ticket and stop by the Hackertours desk, and we will find a solution!

+### Will-Call Tickets at Check-In
+Unfortunately, sometimes people don't show up at the start of the tour. In these cases, we try to fill the vacant spots directly on site. So if you're really interested in a tour, this might be your chance to get in on the action. Be sure to check in at the Hackertours desk on time and let us know that you want to join. Experience has shown that the tours early in the day are particularly good candidates...
