tl;dr: ihr braucht euch um nichts zu kümmern, bitte benutzt weiterhin die Echtzeitüberweisung (instant payment), um für eure kurzfrstig gebuchten Touren zu bezahlen. Die Bestätigung für den Geldeingang kommt wahrscheinlich erst Montag. tl;dr: Problem wurde behoben, bitte verwendet die Echtzeitüberweisung (Instant Payment) für eure kurzfristig gebuchten Touren!
Leider haben wir gerade rausgefunden, das wir im Online-Banking eure Echtzeitüberweisungen zwar sehen können, die aber beim Export und per HBCI nur dann dabei sind, wenn sie uns auch gutgeschrieben wurden. Und weil Wochenende ist, passiert das erst Montag :-/ ~~Leider haben wir gerade rausgefunden, das wir im Online-Banking eure Echtzeitüberweisungen zwar sehen können, die aber beim Export und per HBCI nur dann dabei sind, wenn sie uns auch gutgeschrieben wurden. Und weil Wochenende ist, passiert das erst Montag :-/~~

Unfortunately, we have just found out that although we can see your instant payments in online banking, they are only included in exports and HBCI transfers once they have been credited to our account.
