baldo 93069806f6 Fix: Parsing node files did not prefill missing fields correctly. 
* This lead to a HTTP 500 on dashboard as some nodes were missing
monitoring fields.
* Removed a problematic cast and added sane defaults.

baldo 8c93a47682 Fix: Database migration and mail template files were not included in dist. 
* Moved copying server-build/ from grunt to package.json
  using rsync to make sure to copy exactly what is needed
  and resolve symlinks correctly.
