Über Kopfhörer wirst du sanft angeleitet, das Spazieren als Kulturtechnik zu erforschen: Was nimmst du wahr, wenn du bewusst gehst? Was fühlst du, wenn du kein Ziel hast? Und was passiert, wenn du deinem Körper Raum gibst und deinen Geist an die Hand nimmst? Schritt für Schritt entsteht eine besondere Erfahrung zwischen Achtsamkeit, Wahrnehmung und Bewegung.
