Want to get your body and mind moving? In the interactive audio walk “Erstbegehung” (First Ascent), your body and mind embark on a joint stroll through Planten un Blomen and the CCH. Through headphones, you will be gently guided to explore walking as a cultural technique: What do you perceive when you walk consciously? What do you feel when you have no destination? And what happens when you give your body space and take your mind by the hand? Step by step, a special experience emerges between mindfulness, perception, and movement.
For over ten years, the Körperfunk collective has been creating immersive audio formats and workshops that invite people to discover new perspectives and have genuine, personal experiences through conscious awareness.
